David J. Zavaletta is a 2004 graduate of the University of Texas with a BA in Psychology and an MBA in Hospitality & Tourism from Hotel School of Lausanne in Switzerland. He has extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate, luxury hospitality, services marketing and business management. He has been a licensed Texas Realtor© since 2015 and practices a full-service, multi-discipline approach to real estate, delivering both cutting-edge real estate analysis and best practices combined with the consistency and discipline of luxury hospitality management.

David grew up in the Rio Grande Valley and moved to Austin, TX in 1999, where he graduated from UT and held positions in finance and operations with Omni Hotels for nearly a decade. He went on to pursue graduate studies in tourism and business in Switzerland, graduating at the top of his class in 2008. In 2015, David and his family moved back to the US and David began practicing real estate in Austin, TX where he saw a niche for and combined his luxury service management and finance skills with his growing knowledge of real estate. In 2025, David and his family moved back to the Rio Grande Valley and continues to deliver exceptional service for his clients all over the Rio Grande Valley. David's transaction experience includes city-center condominiums, single-family homes, ranch estates, multi-family units, commercial properties and business sales.
